Jordan reviewI highly recommend Jordan! Not only is he professional but he is personable. We initially reached out to Jordan to help us start our home buying journey. We may not have been ready right there and then but he helped guide us throughout anything we needed. He is very knowledgeable in anything we asked him. When we were ready to do home tours, he responded quickly to our requests. Since this was our first home, he saw himself in us and helped us understand the new technology within homes nowadays. Even if it was not a home he would live in himself and would not recommend to us at first but he scheduled a time for a home tours anyways. During our time with home tours, he will point our flaws with the homes or potential flaws in a professional manner that we understand. He does a great job explaining the potential flaws and the solutions that we would need to complete in order to fix the flaw or the issue. Once we final had our hearts on our first home he gave our lender the green light on our home. They were running numbers, initially, we didnt qualify for the home loan until he spoke to our lender stating that we indeed have a family and not just the 2 of us. This statement got our loan adjusted and we qualified for the loan and now we are homeowners! Super thankful for Jordan’s level of expertise and professionalism! I highly recommend Jordan to any of you! And we will be recommending Jordan to our friends and family!

Jordan did an amazing job with selling my home and helping me find my new home. Jordan handled all the messy details and helped with the necessary tasks that come with selling and buying a home like maintenance work, delays and negotiations. It wasn’t easy but having a solid team behind you makes it easier. Would use APEX again and highly recommend.

Jordan was awesome to work with when purchasing my first home. He was always on top of his communication making sure I was taken care of. He is very straightforward when it comes to looking at houses and knows what he is talking about and what to look for when buying a home. The home buying process was fantastic with Jordan! Not only is he very knowledgeable about finding a home but also everything that goes into it and finding what’s right for you. It helps a lot when your agent knows what to look for when it comes to damage and making sure everything is working. Not only that but he almost always has an idea on what goes Into fixing or paying to have something fix. He has a connection to every other part of the home buying process, mortgage brokers, insurance, fixing or installing new things, inspections, and the list goes on. If you need a guy he knows a guy. Another important factor I love about Jordan is he’s looking for a place that right for you. We looked at houses for almost 9 months and I never felt pressured or like I was making the wrong decision. Truly a great guy all around!

Jordan and Jenn were great realtors! They helped us close on our first home. They insisted on getting a sewer scope which ended up saving us thousands of dollars when they were able to get the seller to repair. They were awesome negotiators and also recommended title services, lenders, and inspectors that made us feel confident during the home-buying process. We will definitely be reaching out to them again if we decide to move in the future.
